I have made hundreds of bowl cozies, sold them at craft shows, and taught classes to make these. They are most useful for holding hot and cold bowls, soup, chili, or ice cream, for instance.

They add color to a kitchen. Easy to store, easy to wash. They can be constructed in many sizes, from candleholder to serving platter size. We use ours every day.
